- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro) - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 4
Let's Get Started
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, milk, salt, black pepper, and turmeric until well combined.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and spread it evenly.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the khagineh using a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.
- Transfer the khagineh to a serving plate and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
