Keto Jalapeno Cheddar Bread
This keto-friendly jalapeno cheddar bread is a delicious and spicy low-carb alternative to traditional bread.
Ingredients - Serves 8
- Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Jalapeno peppers - 2, seeded and finely chopped
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, melted
- Eggs - 4
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
- Almond flour - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and melted butter together.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
