Keto Bacon and Spinach Frittata

Ingredients - Serves 6
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Heavy cream - 1/4 cup
- Eggs - 8
- Spinach - 2 cups, chopped
- Bacon - 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil. Spread the cooked spinach evenly on the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the spinach.
