Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion, carrot, and frozen peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add minced garlic to the empty space. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Push the vegetables and garlic to one side and pour beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  5. Add chilled cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, breaking up any clumps.
  6. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice. Stir well to combine and evenly distribute the flavors.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
