Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the glass noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add more vegetable oil if needed. Stir-fry the carrots, bell pepper, mushrooms, and onion until they are slightly softened.
  5. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the cooked glass noodles and the cooked beef to the pan. Stir-fry everything together for a few minutes.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil over the japchae and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Toss everything together to combine.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
