Iri Dofu

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons

- Carrot - 1, finely chopped
- Firm tofu - 1 block, drained and crumbled
Let's Get Started
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan and sauté until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and continue to sauté for another minute.
- Add the crumbled tofu to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables.
- Pour the soy sauce over the tofu and vegetables, stirring well to evenly distribute the sauce.
- Cook for another 5-10 minutes, until the tofu is heated through and has absorbed the flavors of the vegetables and sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the Iri Dofu hot, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
