- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Potatoes - 2 large, chopped
- Tomatoes - 2, chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 large, chopped
- Chicken thighs - 4, bone-in and skin-on
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
