- Tortillas - 4, warmed
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Onion - 1/2 medium, diced
- Eggs - 4
- Chorizo sausage - 6 ounces
Let's Get Started
