This recipe will guide you through the process of making delicious homemade bacon from scratch.

- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Kosher salt - 1/4 cup
- Pork belly - 4 pounds

- In a small bowl, mix together the kosher salt, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to create the dry rub.
- Place the pork belly on a large baking sheet and generously coat all sides with the dry rub mixture.
