  2. Once boiling, add the hibiscus flowers, sugar, and lime juice.
  3. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

  5. Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the hibiscus flowers.
  6. Let the tea cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Serve over ice.
