- Lime - 1, juiced
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Water - 4 cups
- Dried hibiscus flowers - 1 cup

- In a pot, bring water to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the hibiscus flowers, sugar, and lime juice.
- Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the hibiscus flowers.
- Let the tea cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice.
