Let's Get Started

  1. Rinse the hibiscus flowers under cold water.
  2. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, add the hibiscus flowers. Cover the pot and let it steep for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher, pressing on the flowers to extract as much liquid as possible.
  5. Add the sugar and lime juice to the pitcher and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  6. Refrigerate the agua de Jamaica until it's chilled.
  7. Serve over ice and enjoy!
