Herbal Turtle Jelly

Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the turtle shell powder in water for 15 minutes.
  2. In a pot, add the soaked turtle shell powder, honeysuckle flowers, chrysanthemum flowers, and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  4. Strain the mixture and discard the flowers.
  5. Return the liquid to the pot and add the rock sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  6. Pour the mixture into a jelly mold and let it cool to room temperature.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the jelly is set.
  8. Serve chilled, garnished with wolfberries.
