Herb Gravy
This flavorful herb gravy is the perfect accompaniment to roasted meats and mashed potatoes.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Fresh sage - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Chicken or vegetable broth - 2 cups
- All-purpose flour - 4 tablespoons
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
