Halibut and Leek Gratin
This delicious halibut and leek gratin is a perfect combination of tender fish, creamy leeks, and a crispy breadcrumb topping.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Milk - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Leeks - 2 large, sliced
- Halibut fillets - 4 fillets

- Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper.
