Grilled Steak with Balsamic Vegetables

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the steaks to your desired level of doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. While the steaks are grilling, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the balsamic vinegar and garlic to the skillet and continue to cook until the vegetables are tender and the vinegar has reduced to a glaze, about 5 more minutes.
  7. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the chopped basil.
