Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Rub the steaks with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Cut off the top of the garlic head, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30 minutes.
  4. While the garlic is roasting, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
  5. Squeeze the roasted garlic out of its skin and add to the pot with the potatoes. Add the butter and milk, then mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the asparagus with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve the steaks with the mashed potatoes and asparagus on the side.
