Grilled Clams with Chorizo

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chorizo and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the clams, wine, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover and cook until the clams open, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Discard any clams that do not open.
  6. Transfer the clams and chorizo to a grill pan and place on the preheated grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly charred.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
