Gingerbread

Ingredients - Serves 12
- Powdered sugar - For dusting
- Hot water - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1
- Molasses - 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, softened
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground cloves - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Ground ginger - 2 teaspoons

Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x9-inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and salt.
