Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Add the sliced pork to the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  4. Add the marinated pork and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
  7. Return the cooked pork to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the cornstarch slurry over the pork and vegetables.
  8. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
