Ginger Pork Stir Fry
This ginger pork stir fry is a delicious and flavorful dish made with tender pork, fresh ginger, and colorful vegetables.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 4, sliced
- Carrots - 2, julienned
- Bell peppers - 2, thinly sliced
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Fresh ginger - 2 tablespoons, grated
- Pork tenderloin - 1 lb, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Add the sliced pork to the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the marinated pork and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

- Return the cooked pork to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the cornstarch slurry over the pork and vegetables.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
