Garlic Pork Ribs

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup - 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 6 cloves, minced
- Pork ribs - 2 pounds
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Add the pork ribs to the bowl and toss to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
