- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 4, sliced
- Carrots - 2, julienned
- Bell peppers - 2, thinly sliced
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Beef sirloin - 1 pound, thinly sliced

- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
