Garlic and Zucchini Flatbread

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and minced garlic.
  5. Brush the garlic oil mixture over the surface of the dough.
  6. Arrange the sliced zucchini on top of the dough.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
