Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 4, sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1, thinly sliced
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Chicken breast - 2 boneless, skinless breasts, sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
