Fried Rice with Frozen Vegetables

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the sesame oil and swirl to coat the pan.
  3. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the frozen vegetables and cook until heated through.
  6. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the cold rice to the other side.
  7. Pour the soy sauce over the rice and stir to combine with the vegetables.
  8. Add the cooked eggs and green onions to the pan. Stir to combine everything together.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
