Fried Noodles with Vegetables
A quick and easy stir-fry recipe that's perfect for a weeknight dinner. The noodles are stir-fried with a variety of colorful vegetables and a simple, flavorful sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Bell peppers - 2, julienned
- Carrots - 2, julienned
- Noodles - 200 grams
Let's Get Started
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and onion and stir-fry until the onion is translucent.
- Add the carrots and bell peppers and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot.
