Fried Noodles with Vegetables

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and onion and stir-fry until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the carrots and bell peppers and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
