Ingredients - Serves 4
- Vegetable oil - 2 cups
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cornmeal - 1/2 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Fish fillets - 4 pieces
Let's Get Started
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another shallow dish, whisk together the egg and milk.
- Dip each fish fillet into the egg mixture, then coat it with the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
