Ingredients - Serves 4
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
- Flat iron steak - 1.5 pounds

- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and olive oil to make the marinade.
