  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg yolk until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cake flour and milk powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing just until a dough forms.
  6. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a disc and place a spoonful of pineapple filling in the center.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges, shaping it into a square or rectangle.
  8. Place the cakes on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the cakes to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
