Endive and Spinach Stir Fry
This healthy and flavorful stir-fry combines endive and spinach with a delicious sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Spinach - 2 cups
- Endive - 2 heads, sliced
Let's Get Started
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced endive and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the spinach and cook for another 2 minutes until wilted.
