- Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Capers - 2 tablespoons
- Green olives - 1/2 cup, pitted
- Kalamata olives - 1 cup, pitted
- Endive - 3 heads
Let's Get Started
