Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare the biscuit dough according to the recipe instructions.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut out 4 biscuits.
  4. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. While the biscuits are baking, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with the milk, salt, and pepper.
  6. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked to your desired consistency.
  8. Remove the biscuits from the oven and split them in half horizontally.
  9. Place a scoop of scrambled eggs on the bottom half of each biscuit.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
  11. Cover with the top half of the biscuit.
  12. Serve hot and enjoy!
