Ingredients - Serves 2
- Chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 4
- Biscuits - 4
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Prepare the biscuit dough according to the recipe instructions.
- Roll out the dough and cut out 4 biscuits.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the biscuits are baking, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with the milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked to your desired consistency.
- Remove the biscuits from the oven and split them in half horizontally.
- Place a scoop of scrambled eggs on the bottom half of each biscuit.
