Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add the edamame and corn to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes, until the tomatoes start to soften.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
