Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the vegetable broth and soy sauce to the pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the edamame to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked soba noodles to the pot and stir to combine.
