Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Wash the rice and lentils separately and soak them in water for 6-8 hours.
  2. Grind the rice and lentils separately to a fine paste. Mix them together in a large bowl.
  3. Add fenugreek seeds and salt to the batter and mix well. Cover the bowl and let it ferment for 6-8 hours.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with oil.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin crepe.
  6. Drizzle some oil around the edges of the crepe and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
  7. Flip the crepe and cook the other side until it is golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
