Cumin Lamb Stir Fry
This cumin lamb stir fry is a flavorful and aromatic dish made with tender lamb, fragrant spices, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Scallions - 4, chopped
- Onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Bell peppers - 2, thinly sliced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons
- Lamb - 1 lb, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the lamb, cumin powder, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the marinated lamb and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the lamb is browned and cooked through.
- Remove the lamb from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
