Cumin Lamb Stir Fry

  1. In a bowl, combine the lamb, cumin powder, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add the marinated lamb and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the lamb is browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove the lamb from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Return the cooked lamb to the skillet and toss with the vegetables.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped scallions.
