Cucumber Lassi

- Fresh mint leaves - A handful
- Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cold water - 1/2 cup
- Plain yogurt - 1 cup
- Cucumber - 1 medium, peeled and chopped
Let's Get Started
- Combine the cucumber, yogurt, water, salt, cumin powder, and mint leaves in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again until frothy.
- Pour the lassi into glasses and serve chilled.
