Croissant Latte
A delicious and indulgent coffee drink inspired by the flavors of a buttery croissant.
Ingredients - Serves 1
- Caramel sauce - For drizzling
- Whipped cream - For topping
- Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
- Croissant - 1
- Milk - 1 cup
- Espresso or strong brewed coffee - 1 shot or 1/2 cup
Let's Get Started
- Brew a shot of espresso or make a strong cup of coffee.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Cut the croissant in half horizontally.
- In a blender, combine the hot milk, espresso or coffee, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend until frothy.
- Place the bottom half of the croissant in a mug.
- Pour the frothy latte mixture over the croissant.
- Place the top half of the croissant on the latte.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
