Crab and Corn Fritters
These crispy and flavorful crab and corn fritters are perfect as an appetizer or a light meal.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1
- Red bell pepper - 1/2, finely chopped
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Corn kernels - 1 cup
- Fresh crab meat - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, corn kernels, green onions, and red bell pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the crab and corn mixture, and gently stir until well combined.
