Crab and Cheddar Omelette

- Fresh chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped

- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 4
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
- Crab meat - 1 cup, cooked
