Corn Fritters

- Vegetable oil - For frying

- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 2, beaten
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Corn kernels - 2 cups, fresh or frozen
