Corn and Black Bean Omelette
This delicious omelette is filled with sweet corn, black beans, and melted cheese.

- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
- Black beans - 1/2 cup, cooked
- Sweet corn - 1/2 cup, cooked
- Eggs - 4
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
