Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and shrimp, and cook until they are cooked through and slightly browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and add the cooked rice to the other side.
  6. Pour the soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce over the rice. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the rice is heated through and well-coated with the sauces.
  7. Add the cooked chicken, shrimp, and green onions to the wok. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes to combine all the ingredients.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Drizzle with sesame oil and give it a final stir.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
