Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a springform pan.
  2. Roll out one can of cinnamon roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon roll crust in the pan.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, brown sugar, and melted butter to make the cinnamon filling.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon filling onto the cream cheese mixture and swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Roll out the second can of cinnamon roll dough and cut it into small pieces.
  9. Place the cinnamon roll pieces on top of the cheesecake mixture.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
  11. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
  12. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze.
  13. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cheesecake.
  14. Slice and serve the cinnamon roll cheesecake. Enjoy!
