Chinese Roast Fish

- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili - 1, sliced
- Green onions - 2, sliced

- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Whole fish - 1 (about 1.5 kg)
