Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snow peas. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
