Cheesy Bacon Brussels Sprouts

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  3. Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  4. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
