- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Bacon - 4 slices, chopped
- Brussels sprouts - 1 lb, halved

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
