Let's Get Started

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a separate pot, combine coconut milk, sugar, pandan leaves, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Add the sliced bananas and cooked tapioca pearls to the pot. Stir gently and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the pandan leaves from the pot.
  6. Serve the Che Chuoi in bowls, garnished with crushed roasted peanuts.
