Char Siu Beef Short Ribs
These succulent beef short ribs are marinated in a sweet and savory char siu sauce, then slow-cooked to perfection.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Five spice powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Char siu sauce - 1 cup
- Beef short ribs - 2 pounds
