  1. Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, oregano, and cumin.
  2. Place the pork in a slow cooker and add the minced garlic, orange juice, lime juice, and chicken broth.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
  4. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with a fork.

  6. Fill each tortilla with shredded pork, chopped cilantro, and pickled onions.
  7. Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side.
