Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Season the shrimp with the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Dredge the shrimp in the flour, then dip in the beaten egg, and coat in the bread crumbs.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F.
  4. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Spread the remoulade sauce on both sides of the French bread.
  7. Layer the lettuce and tomato on the bottom half of the bread.
  8. Top with the fried shrimp and close the sandwich.
